Aidan has won this year’s edition of the Maltese Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Bella” which acquired 283 points.
In second place was MATT BLXCK with the song “Ejja Lejja Ħdejja ‘l Hawn (The Flute)” which gained 268 points with Mychael Bartolo Chircop in third place with “My Sweet Angel” who acquired 136 points.
In yesterday’s final session following Thursday’s semi-final, the 12 finalists competed for the honour to represent Malta on the international stage in the coming weeks.
The semi-final and final were held in the Ċentru tal-Fieri u l-Konferenzi at MFCC in Ta’ Qali.
Aidan will represent Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest of this year to be held in Vienna in Austria between 12th and 16th May.
He will sing in the second part on 14th May following the draw carried out in recent days.
